Technical information reported in Ghigocalzature’s website is taken from information published by footwear manufacturers. Therefore Ghigocalzature might modify products’ technical information according to manufacturers’ indications, even without previous notice.
In order to maintain the proportions of the shoe the real heel height may vary from the published value. For small sizes it could be a few millimeters lower, while for large sizes from 42 onwards, the difference could be bigger in order to respect the line of the model. For example: a pump which is indicated with a 9cm high heel could be of 8 or 8.5cm in size 31, in size 43 it could be 10cm or more. If you would like to know the exact heel height, please contact us.
Availability of stocks of products listed in Ghigocalzature’s website can be modified by on line orders. Therefore Ghigocalzature does not guarantee that ordered goods are always available.
Risk and Property
Goods are dispatched free port and ensured. In case of goods dispatched to assigned port on customer’s indication, the risk from Ghigocalzature’s warehouse to the delivery address is on the customer. Customers are expected to check the items’ integrity, number and quality according to the delivery certificate that accompanies the goods. In case of discrepancy, this must to be reported by Phone (+0039 0229408414) or e-mail (email@example.com) to Ghigocalzature within seven days. Goods must be checked within seven days from delivery date even in case of integral packing. Hidden anomalies must be reported via phone or e-mail. Anything reported beyond condition terms does not qualify for claim. Customers are fully responsible for what they report.
Online orders are only accepted. Customers receive an e-mail confirming their order’s reference number. In case of reference number not being displayed within few minutes from the order’s placement, the order must be considered as not accepted (due to administration or products availability reasons).
All prices reported in the website include value additional tax (Italian IVA tax). Prices might be changed any time without previous notice.
Goods must be paid by postal counterfoil or credit card through Banca Sella.
Unless different written arrangements are made, Ghigocalzature might decide not to proceed to the delivery of goods, even after the orders have been accepted, in case of customers’ bad credit information. .

Changing a product
1.- Communicate the code and the size of the product that you want to replace (via email or phone).
2.- Send the product(s) that is to be replaced back to us with any post office. (Countries outside the European Community
have to send them back with DHL or UPS).
3.- You will receive a voucher of the value of the replaced products to use for the new order that you are placing.
4.- The shipping costs are up to the custumer.
5.- Our products go beyond the standard production numbering, so they follow the regulation of CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS. Therefore we DO NOT REFUND MONEY, so if you do not find anything for the replacement, we will create a voucher that can be used within 12 months.
6.- We only accept changes within 15 days after the delivery of the order.
