Liability
Ghigocalzature is not responsible for any damage or loss, direct and/or indirect, deriving from the sale of goods and services offered in the catalog published on the Ghigocalzature website, also for delayed and/or non-delivery of the product, nor for the correspondence of the goods to the specifications published on the website, nor for any other fact not directly attributable to Ghigocalzature.

Technical information
The technical information entered on the Ghigocalzature website is obtained from the information published by the manufacturers of the goods included in our catalog. Ghigocalzature therefore reserves the right to modify/adapt the technical and dimensional information of the products in the catalog, based on what will be communicated by the manufacturers, even without any prior notice.

Heel Height
To maintain the proportions of the shoe, the real height of the heel can vary from the published value. For small sizes it could be a few millimeters lower, while for large numbers, from 42 upwards, it could have a more substantial increase to respect the model line.
Example: for a pump that is indicated as a 9cm heel, in size 31 the heel could be 8 or 8.5 cm, in size 43 it could be 10 cm or higher. If you want the exact size of the heel, contact us.

Product Availability
Since access and the ability to submit orders online change the availability of the product in real time, Ghigocalzature does not guarantee the certainty of assigning the ordered goods.

Risk and Ownership
The goods are shipped freeport, with insurance charges in the invoice. In case the goods were shipped freight forward upon indication by the customer, the risk is to be considered to be borne by the customer from the delivery of the goods to the carrier from Ghigocalzature's warehouses. Upon delivery of the goods, the customer must verify the integrity of the package and the quantitative and qualitative correspondence with what is indicated in the accompanying document (DDT). In case of discrepancies, the same must be reported within seven days by phone (0039 (0)229408414) or e-mail (info@ghigocalzature.com) to Ghigocalzature. Even if the packaging is intact, the goods must be checked within seven days of receipt. Any hidden anomalies must be reported by telephone or e-mail. Any report beyond these terms will not be taken into consideration. For each declaration, the customer assumes full responsibility for what has been declared.

Orders
Orders are accepted only and exclusively via Internet (online). At the end of the procedure, the customer will receive a communication confirming the order by e-mail, with the indication of the relative order number; if, after sending the order, the order number does not appear (after a few minutes), the proposal will be considered not accepted, for all legal purposes, even if for accounting, administrative or for shortage of product.
Shipping costs do not include customs
and duty fees.


Prices
All prices included in the Ghigocalzature website are to be understood as VAT included. Prices can be changed at any time, without notice.
Ghigocalzature reserves, at its unquestionable judgment, the right not to proceed with the shipment of the goods, even after accepting the order, to those customers who appear to be out of credit, or with outstanding payments or in dispute.

Return conditions

Our products go beyond the standard production numbering, so they follow the regulation of CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS. Therefore we DO NOT REFUND MONEY, so if you do not find anything for the replacement, we will create a voucher that can be used within 12 months.



PRODUCT REPLACEMENT

If you would like to change your order, please follow the next steps:

1.- Inform us through e-mail or by phone about the code and the size of the product(s) that you would like to change.

2.- It's necessary that all the items that you are returning are send back well protected, with their original boxes and not have been used.

a- For customers residing in Italy, please send the product to be replaced by Poste Delivery Standard of Italian Post Office. (The customer has to pay for the shipping costs).

b- For customers residing in EEC countries, please send the product to be replaced by the National Post Office of the country of residence or by a courier of your choice. (The customer has to pay for the shipping costs).
c- For customers residing in non-EEC countries, please send the product to be replaced only by UPS or DHL couriers. (The customer has to pay for the shipping costs, customs and duty fees).

4.- You will receive an e-mail (RMA) with all the information for the return and including a credit note of the value of the products you are sending back, so that you can use it for your next order.

5.- Our products go beyond the standard production numbering, so they follow the regulation of CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS. Therefore we DO NOT REFUND MONEY, so if you do not find anything for the replacement, we will create a voucher that can be used within 12 months.

6.- The maximum period to change your order is 15 days after the reception of it.


CUSTOMS EXPENSES FOR NON-EU COUNTRIES.
Customs fees are not included in the delivery costs, are charged to the customer and depend on the country of destination.
