EXCHANGE / RETURN PROCEDURE
Operational Procedures
- The return must be requested and completed within 15 days from the date the order is received by the customer.
- The customer must request return authorization via email or WhatsApp, providing the order number, item code, and size.
- Before returning the products, the customer must wait for authorization from GHIGO Calzature, which will provide an identification number (RMA) that must be present and visible on the package. The absence of the RMA number may compromise the delivery of the product, as shipments without this authorization may not be properly identified, causing delays or rejection.
- Shoes must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and well protected.
- After receipt and verification of the compliant merchandise, the store credit will be confirmed (subject to verification of the product’s integrity) or the agreed replacement order will be shipped.
- All shipping costs for the return, including customs duties for non-EU countries, are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Credit Expiry
If 12 months have passed since the credit was issued without being used, the credit will be considered expired and cannot be reused.
Return Shipping Methods
Italy: Poste Delivery Standard – Poste Italiane
EU Countries: national postal service or trusted courier
Non-EU Countries: exclusively UPS or DHL
