Change Procedure

If you would like to change your order, please follow the next steps:

1.- Inform us through e-mail or by phone about the code and the size of the product(s) that you would like to change.

2.- It's necessary that all the items that you are returning are send back well protected, with their original boxes and not have been used.

a- For customers residing in Italy, please send the product to be replaced by Paccocelere 3 of Italian Post Office. (The shipping costs are charged to the customer).
b- For customers residing in EEC countries, please send the product to be replaced by the National Post Office of the country of residence or by a courier of your choice. (The shipping costs are charged to the customer).
c- For customers residing in non-EEC countries, please send the product to be replaced only by UPS or DHL couriers. (The shipping costs are charged to the customer).

4.- You will receive an e-mail (RMA) with all the information for the return and including a credit note of the value of the products you are sending back, so that you can use it for your next order.

5.- If you can't find anything to replace your order you will have a credit note of one year duration so that you use it at your future orders. A refund is not possible.

6.- The maximum period to change your order is 15 days after the reception of it.
