Unless different arrangements are made, purchased goods are delivered to you by Ghigocalzature’s couriers. In this case, and only when charges are forward, goods are dispatched on our risk .In case of lost/stolen goods Ghigocalzature will forward you the purchased product again. If this product is unavailable or sold out Ghigocalzature will propose you a different product with equivalent characteristics, but if you are not satisfied with this you will have the right to refuse the product and claim for credit note.In the case of purchased goods delivered by couriers chosen by customers, Ghigocalzature is not liable for the products getting lost or defective after they have left Ghigocalzature’s warehouse.Indicative delivery time is eight working days from the order’s date, and it might vary owing to a cause beyond control or to traffic congestion or to limiting public acts.Unless different arrangements are made, deliveries are carried out at office time: from 8.30 am to 12.30 and from 3.30 pm to 7.30 pm, all working days from monday to friday.
